OUR SHIPMENTS

The order processing time is 24/48 business hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code to check the status of your package. ConfidenceCurve is not responsible for unforeseen delays beyond its control. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding American holidays

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. We ship our packages through the best carriers.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Shipping times vary depending on the number of orders to be delivered by the carrier. We offer free shipping.

• Free delivery: Delivery can take from 6 to 10 business days. (If an item has been ordered, but you do not agree with the deadlines and/or delivery times indicated below, do not open a dispute with PayPal or the credit institution. Contact us ONLY at the email address: ConfidenceCurve@outlook.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you).

What if I am not satisfied with the product?

You have 15 days to return the product (at your own expense) and decide whether to receive another one for free or to be fully refunded. The reasons for the refund must be valid.
