Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the receipt of the item to request a return.

Please contact ConfidenceCurve to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and issue the refund.
